Girlfriend Chat provides conversations with fictional AI companions for entertainment purposes. Companions are not real people.
4. Fictional characters
All characters shown on the site are fictional adults. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.

Conversations are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
7. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

9. Prohibited content

15. Subscriptions and renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
16. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Contact support if you believe you were charged in error.

Any credits or virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
